Description
The Department of Medicine is seeking a Project Policy Analyst 2 to support the successful implementation and execution of program and project initiatives that advance departmental goals and priorities. The Programs Coordinator will work in conjunction with administrative Project Managers and will provide assistance to project faculty and leadership as assigned. Key projects include a federally-funded clinical intervention study and a training program to develop skills in treatment of individuals with neurodevelopmental disabilities. Project assignments may be subject to change depending on funding availability or strategic priorities.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: study coordination, preparation of contracts and purchasing documents, liaising between project stakeholders and communicating progress and/or barriers, event logistics support, creating presentations, website content, social media materials, reports, and other communications to effectively engage stakeholders and support program objectives, support in data collection of federal and non-federal reports, meeting attendance and note-taking. Hourly range: $30.63-$59.19
