We are looking for an AI Product Video Editor (with Fire or EMS experience) to create marketing video content that drives growth ads, social media content, and website videos for our software platform with additional support for sales, feature announcements, and customer training.
Your first priority is marketing: polished, energetic product videos that showcase our platform across our website, social channels, and digital advertising. Beyond that, our team releases new features quickly, so you'll also produce feature announcements, sales assets, and training videos while keeping pace with development.
We already use AI extensively in our video workflow. We're looking for someone who can match or exceed our current capabilities using the latest AI tools.
Responsibilities:
* Produce marketing-first video content: social media ads, promotional videos, and website videos that make the product compelling
* Go into our software and capture screenshots and screen recordings of functionality including training AI agents on our wiki, help docs, and existing videos so they can execute the clicks needed to navigate the product and generate new content
* Turn those captures, demos, and scripts into feature announcements, sales videos, and customer training content
* Handle voice-over, captions, dynamic zooms, motion graphics, and multiple output formats (website, social, sales, training)
* Keep pace with a fast release cycle; open to revisions as needed
Ideal Candidate:
* Strong marketing instincts clean, energetic style that stops the scroll and sells software, with proven product demo experience
* Able to train AI to consume our wiki, videos, and documentation so it can drive the product interactions that produce fresh captures we want AI doing the learning, not weeks of manual ramp-up
* Fluent with current AI video tools (voice, avatars, editing, generation) and always testing new ones
* EMS or Fire experience is mandatory.
