Production Associate Job Details
Sunday - Friday| 6am - 6pm | $18.00/Hour
- Overtime possible and mandatory
Production Associate Requirements
- Ability to work a 6-day-per-week schedule with extended production hours
- Ability to work in a cold production/manufacturing environment for extended periods
- Ability to safely lift up to 60 pounds
- Steel toe or composite toe boots required on Day 1
- Reliable attendance and flexibility to work overtime as needed
About the Production Associate Role
As a Production Associate , your responsibilities will include:
- Packing finished meat products according to production specifications
- Palletizing products for storage, shipment, or further processing
- Staging products and materials throughout the production process
- Assisting with production machinery and equipment operations
- Supporting meat processing and manufacturing activities in a fast-paced environment
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization within production areas
- Cleaning raw product storage rooms and workstations
- Removing empty boxes, trash, and production debris from work areas
- Following all food safety, sanitation, and quality control procedures
- Completing all job duties safely, efficiently, and accurately
