Shalom Gardens Health & Rehab is looking for a dependable and compassionate Driver with medical transport experience to join our team! In this role, you’ll play a vital part in ensuring our residents safely arrive to and from appointments, outings, and essential services.

Safely transport residents to medical appointments, dialysis, and scheduled outings
Assist residents with entering and exiting the vehicle as needed
Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off while maintaining a friendly, professional demeanor
Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the facility vehicle(s)
Follow all safety protocols and traffic laws at all times
Communicate effectively with nursing staff and scheduling teams
Previous medical transport experience REQUIRED
Clean driving record REQUIRED
Valid driver’s license in the state of Virginia
Ability to safely assist residents, including those with mobility challenges
Strong communication and customer service skills
Dependable, punctual, and compassionate
