Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to assess their health insurance needs
- Explain plan options, coverage details, and pricing clearly
- Guide clients through the enrollment process
- Follow up with leads and maintain strong client relationships
- Stay current on plan offerings, regulations, and market changes
Requirements
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Basic computer proficiency
- Previous sales or insurance experience is a plus
