Title: Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Rehabilitation

Assignment Type: 13-Week Contract
Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM M-F
Drive Time: $25.00/hour between facilities on the same day (must be documented in Net Health)
Key Responsibilities
Implement physical therapy treatment plans developed by the supervising Physical Therapist.
Provide therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance training, transfer training, and functional mobility activities.
Monitor patient progress and report changes in condition to the supervising Physical Therapist.
Educate patients, families, and caregivers on home exercise programs and safe mobility techniques.
Travel between assigned facilities when required and accurately document eligible drive time.
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) program.
Current Physical Therapist Assistant license in the state of New Jersey.
Current CPR/BLS certification.
Pay: $34.66 - $38.51 per hour
