Sweet Repair is looking to hire a full time Front Desk Associate for our high volume heavy duty diesel repair shop. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a high volume service environment providing excellent customer service. The right candidates will be a key team member supporting our external customers and our Truck Driver's out in the field. The general work hours are 7am to 4pm Monday through Friday. Benefits start on the first of the month after date of hire.
Essential Responsibilities:
Support the Service Team including but not limited to the following activities:
· Provide administrative assistance supporting a high-volume service team and repair shop
· Greeting drivers when they arrive and determining their needs.
· Checking in the and scheduling trucks for repairs in the shop
· Assist Service Manager and/or Shop Foreman with special reports or work.
· Work with organization of spreadsheets, and documents.
· As Needed: Filing, answering phones, ordering office supplies, and scheduling outside repairs.
Working with dispatchers and drivers on the following:
· Ensuring drivers complete DOT inspections prior to expiration
· Communicating upcoming require oil changes and confirming completion
· Sending repair updates when trucks are expected to be ready to dispatch whether they are at an outside repair facility or being repaired at a Sweet Repair shop.
Skills and Abilities:
- Maintaining a high level or organization while managing significant disruptions throughout the day.
- Strong organizational skills including following up on service requests and repairs through completion while keeping other departments informed of progress

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $800.00 - $950.00 per week
