Job Summary
Massachusetts-based Xray Technologist position in Needham. This role involves performing radiographic procedures safely and accurately in various clinical settings, including fluoroscopy, bone density, operating room, pain clinic, orthopedics, emergency room, and outpatient departments. The assignment is scheduled to start on 08/10/2026, with dayshift hours and a minimum of 40 hours per week.
Job Details
- Schedule: Dayshift; 10 hours per shift; minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification, current Massachusetts Radiologic Technologist License in the category of Radiography, ARRT certification, BLS/CPR certification; at least 2 years of Radiologic Technologist experience preferred. Experience with EPIC required; transitioning to EPIC in October.
- Additional Qualifications: No local travelers accepted (cannot reside within 50 miles of the facility). Candidates who have worked for the organization within the last six months will not be considered unless separated for six months.
- Expectations and Job Function: The Radiologic Technologist I performs radiographic procedures with minimal supervision, ensuring safety, accuracy, and timeliness to support diagnosis. Must follow infection control universal precautions. Requires independent judgment and technical skill, under the direction of senior radiology leadership.
