LEASING AGENT FOR IMMEDIATE HIRE!!!
We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and professional Leasing Agent to assist us with leasing at our properties.
Responsibilities:
- Greeting prospective tenants
- Conduct property tours and answering inquiries
- Assist applicants with the Leasing process
- Process applications, Prepare lease agreements and update property listings
Qualifications:
- Must be BILINGUAL IN SPANISH
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong people skills
- 1 YEAR EXPERIENCE PREFERRED BUT WILLING TO TRAIN
