Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding service to every guest from greeting to farewell
- Guide guests through the menu and make thoughtful recommendations
- Accurately enter orders and deliver food and beverages efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
- Ensure guest satisfaction by responding promptly to requests and concerns
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house team members
- Uphold company standards for hospitality, service, and professionalism
Qualifications
- Previous serving experience preferred, but not required for the right candidate
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
