What You’ll Do:
- Facilitate and implement a dynamic curriculum while adapting to the unique interests of each child, ensuring engaging, play-based, and developmentally appropriate learning experiences.
- Cultivate nurturing relationships with students and families, sharing daily insights through our in-house Tadpoles app.
- Attend to the holistic needs of our children—fostering emotional well-being, safety, and engagement through activities like mealtime, storytelling, art, and movement.
- Maintain a warm, organized, and inspiring classroom environment that reflects our commitment to learning.
- Collaborate with colleagues in a respectful and professional manner while contributing to a positive team atmosphere.
- Take on additional tasks as needed, from classroom organization to toy sanitization.
