Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation interest in pediatrics. You will evaluate and treat pediatric patients, develop comprehensive care plans, and collaborate with families and healthcare teams to promote optimal recovery and development.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments of pediatric patients to determine their physical therapy needs, utilizing knowledge of anatomy and physiology.
- Develop individualized care plans that incorporate evidence-based practices and orthopedics to facilitate recovery.
- Implement treatment strategies across various settings including early intervention, outpatient clinics, and home visits.
- Document patient progress accurately within electronic medical record (EMR) systems while adhering to compliance standards.
- Provide education to patients and caregivers on exercises, mobility techniques.
- Learn through our mentoring and continuing education opportunities.
Qualifications
- Valid licensure as a licensed Physical Therapist with relevant state credentials.
- Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and pediatric care practices.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and families.
- Prior experience working with diverse populations such as children with special needs is advantageous.

Pay: $36.00 - $50.00 per hour
