Responsibilities
- Following morning task such as filtering oil, degreasing, cleaning and opening
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work stations, adhering strictly to food safety standards
- Support cooking processes by handling basic food preparation tasks such as following recipes for daily prep
- Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed during all stages of meal prep and service
- Help with inventory management by rotating stock and notifying supervisors of low supplies
Experience
- Hands-on experience in food preparation, cooking, or restaurant settings demonstrates readiness for this role
- Familiarity with food handling techniques, knife skills, and meal preparation enhances your effectiveness in this position
- Experience working in the food industry or catering environments is a plus
- Strong understanding of food service standards and culinary practices ensures quality results
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail
- REQUIRED: Fryer oil filtering experience
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
