Overview:
Creative Minds Therapy, LLC, a therapist-founded company, is seeking dedicated and passionate Occupational Therapists to join our team. The ideal candidates will provide quality VIRTUAL speech therapy services for a K-12 virtual school in Wisconsin for the 2026-2027 school year. 1099 contract position. Choose your own weekly hours and enjoy a flexible schedule!
Ongoing referrals throughout the school year!
COMPENSATION:
-Paid for direct therapy services
-Paid for IEP meetings
-Paid for IEP/record reviews
-$300 flat fee for evaluations
**Must have active WI license and DPI license
Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy interventions to help clients increase independence in daily activities
- Collaborate with school team members
- Complete IEPs and related documentation
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
- Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
-WI DPI license
