Job Overview
The Inventory Control Clerk is accountable for all inventory related functions including but not limited to: counting, locating, receiving, sorting, investigating, auditing, putting away, and order fulfillment within the distribution inbound and outbound warehouse.
While performing the duties, the employee is regularly exposed to wet and/or humid conditions with slippery surfaces; moving mechanical parts; fast paced cold environment (<32°F to -35°F). Position requires standing throughout the shift and the use of PPE is required in all areas of the facility.
Duties
- Always maintain clean and safe working conditions
- Master the Inventory Process and perform with accuracy
- Issuing and receiving product into and out of WMS and CSM
- Manage inventory and filing systems
- Run and complete daily inventory cycle counts as required
- Address Inventory shortages work with production coordination as needed to ensure proper levels are maintained on products
- Perform all required Inventory audits end of year and mid-year for Cold Storage and Warehouse
- Complete daily inventory audits / cycle counting with a goal of 500/locations per week
- Handle all assigned tasks to completion and report any issues and concerns immediately
- Ability to safely and accurately operate warehouse Forklifts and Walkie Riders
- Ability to load and or assist putting products into warehouse or cold storage locations
- Be able to operate technology needed daily in the warehouse or cold storage environments

Minimum Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
- 2+ years of inventory or warehouse experience
- Forklift experience/certification (PIT, reach truck, or pallet jack)
- Basic computer and scanner experience
- Ability to communicate and understand instructions in English
- Strong problem-solving and ability to prioritize tasks
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexible schedule availability
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform warehouse tasks
Shift: 3rd Shift (10:30 PM - 7:00 AM) *Hours may vary depending on production needs
