Position Summary
We are seeking a Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) to join our team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, patient-focused, and passionate about supporting health and wellness. This role involves assisting the pharmacist with prescription processing, customer service, and maintaining an efficient pharmacy workflow.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately process and prepare prescription orders under pharmacist supervision
- Provide excellent customer service, assisting patients with questions and requests
- Maintain accurate patient records and medication profiles
- Assist with inventory management, ordering, and stocking medications
- Ensure compliance with all pharmacy regulations and safety standards
- Support wellness services and specialty offerings as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional pharmacy environment
Qualifications
- Active Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification
- Current state pharmacy technician license
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Previous retail or specialty pharmacy experience preferred
