What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to staff, patients, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate for a healthcare location.

Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts and/or first responders as needed.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity, unsecured access points, and/or conditions requiring attention.

Monitor access points and visitor activity, helping to support authorized entry procedures and directing patients, guests, and/or vendors to the appropriate areas.

Assist with de-escalation support and routine security-related presence in public-facing and restricted areas, helping to address concerns while maintaining professionalism and respect for patients and staff.
Minimum Requirements:

Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED.

A guard card and/or license is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
