Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC milling centers for production runs.
- Troubleshoot machining and equipment issues as they arise.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Perform quality inspections using precision measuring instruments, including calipers, micro-height gauges, and depth gauges.
- Ensure parts meet required specifications and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience setting up and operating CNC milling machines.
- Experience with HAAS CNC milling machines is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- Proficient in using precision measuring tools, including calipers, micro-height gauges, and depth gauges.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
Hours are:
Monday through Friday 7am to 3:30pm
The pay is up to $30.00 an hour based on experience
Pay: Up to $30.00 per hour
