Liberty Tavern is looking for an experienced, hospitality-driven Server/Bartender to join our team.
We're not just looking for someone who can carry plates or make drinks. We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys taking care of people, building relationships with guests, and creating the kind of experience that keeps people coming back.
Liberty Tavern is a busy and established restaurant in the Orange Umbrella Restaurants family. We have a loyal guest following, a strong bar program, and a team that believes hospitality should be both genuine and fun.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous serving and/or bartending experience
- A positive attitude and team-first mentality
- Strong communication and guest service skills
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- A passion for creating regulars and memorable guest experiences
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
What You'll Do:
- Deliver exceptional food and beverage service
- Prepare classic and specialty cocktails
- Build relationships with guests and create repeat business
- Work closely with the kitchen and fellow team members to provide a seamless dining experience
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional restaurant
