Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented Document Processor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing, organizing, and managing business paperwork and financial records to keep our operations running smoothly.

Prior experience in financial processing, loan processing, or Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) operations is a huge plus, but not required. If you are dependable, quick to learn, and possess strong computer skills, we encourage you to apply!
Key Responsibilities
- Document Management & Review: Inspect incoming business applications and documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance before processing.
- Data Entry & System Updates: Accurately enter and update information across databases, CRM systems, and spreadsheets using Microsoft Office tools.
- Filing & Organization: Maintain clean, structured electronic and physical filing systems to ensure quick retrieval of key files.
- Administrative & Clerical Support: Handle order entry, transcription (converting notes into digital formats), word processing, and general daily office workflows.
- Team Communication: Collaborate daily with internal departments and provide accurate information extracted from files to support customer-facing teams.
- Confidentiality: Maintain strict privacy and security standards when handling sensitive, proprietary, or financial information.
Qualifications & SkillsPreferred (Plus, but not required)
- Experience as a Document Processor, Loan Processor, or Loan Officer Assistant (especially within the MCA or financial services industry).
- Familiarity with ERP systems, enterprise database platforms, or financial software.
- Experience creating pivot tables and performing basic data analysis in Excel.
Required
- Computer Skills: Foundational proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and web browsers (Google Chrome).
- Speed & Accuracy: Strong typing skills (including 10-key) and basic math skills for verifying numerical data.
- Organization: Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Soft Skills: A positive attitude, clear communication, strong reliability, and a genuine eagerness to learn.
