We are hiring immediately and currently offering a $3,000 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.
About the Role
As a Sales Professional, you will help customers find the right vehicle for their needs while delivering an outstanding dealership experience from the first interaction to the final sale. We are looking for team members who are motivated to succeed, committed to customer satisfaction, and willing to put in the effort to grow both personally and professionally.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle from a wide range of inventory
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience built on honesty, value, and follow-through
- Build long-term customer relationships to generate repeat and referral business
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales goals
- Learn and apply dealership sales processes and strategies
- Prospect for new business through phone, text, email, social media, and personal networking
- Use social media and other marketing channels to help drive traffic to the dealership
- Maintain knowledge of current inventory, vehicle features, and financing options
- Help ensure the lot and inventory are presented in a clean, organized, and sale-ready manner
- Follow up with leads promptly and professionally
- Work collaboratively with managers and team members to maximize opportunities
Qualifications
- Proven record of strong work ethic and dependable performance
- Sales experience is preferred, but we are open to training the right candidate
- Motivated, competitive, and driven to succeed in a performance-based environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn, improve, and be coached
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Valid driver’s license
