Restoration Field Marketer — Door-to-Door
$100/Day Base + Performance Bonuses + 1% Revenue Bonus
Let’s be upfront: this is a door-to-door position.
You’ll be working in neighborhoods, speaking directly with homeowners and generating opportunities for the Restoration Division at The Remodeling Authority.
This isn’t one of those “$150K your first year!” job postings.
We’re not going to sell you a fantasy.
We offer a base pay, a clear performance-based bonus structure, professional training, and the opportunity to make more money as you become better at the job.
How You Get Paid
Base Pay: $100 per day
On top of your base pay, you can earn biweekly performance bonuses based on qualified contingencies generated:
● 2 contingencies: +$250
● 3 contingencies: +$500
● 4 contingencies: +$750
● 5 contingencies: +$1,000
Your Leads Can Keep Paying You
Your earning opportunity doesn’t stop when you generate the initial opportunity.
Restoration projects can take 2–3 months to move from the initial conversation to a completed project.
When the opportunities you’ve generated convert into projects and reach $40,000+ in generated monthly revenue, you unlock an additional 1% bonus on ALL of your generated revenue for that month.
$50,000 generated → +$500
$75,000 generated → +$750
$100,000 generated → +$1,000
$150,000 generated → +$1,500

What You’ll Actually Do
Your primary responsibility is simple:
Create new opportunities.
You’ll work targeted neighborhoods and speak directly with homeowners about potential exterior damage and restoration needs.
Your responsibilities include:
● Door-to-door prospecting
● Starting conversations with homeowners
● Identifying potential restoration opportunities
● Setting qualified inspections for our sales team
● Learning our conversation and objection-handling process
● Tracking your activity and results
● Working alongside your team and leadership in the field
● Continuously improving your communication and sales skills
No roofing, restoration or previous door-to-door experience is required.
We’ll teach you the business.
You need to bring the work ethic.
The Schedule
Summer Hours: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
But we care about production, not keeping you outside just to watch a clock.
Hit your lead expectations and you may be able to finish your day early.
Winter hours are subject to change based on daylight and seasonal conditions.
Reliable transportation to our office is required.
