Your Responsibilities!
- Quality Assurance: Conduct service calls, in-home assessments, and supervisory visits to ensure top-notch care.
- Case Management: Monitor care plans, review caregiver logs, and maintain accurate records in our system.
- Caregiver Support: Onboard new caregivers, provide guidance during visits, and offer RN supervision when needed.
