Job Summary
As a Team Member at Crumbl Cookies, you’ll play a key role in delivering a great customer experience while preparing high-quality cookies. You’ll work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where attention to detail, cleanliness, and consistency are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and bake cookies following Crumbl recipes and standards
- Mix dough, ball cookies, frost, and decorate as needed
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service
- Operate POS system and handle transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace (front and back of house)
- Restock ingredients and supplies as needed
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Work collaboratively with team members and shift leads
Qualifications
- No prior experience required (training provided)
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math and communication skills
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25–50 lbs
- Flexible availability, including nights and weekends
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
