Blue Cactus Pest Control is a locally owned and operated company dedicated to protecting Arizona homes from the toughest desert pests. We’re known for our exceptional service, honest approach, and strong customer relationships. As bugs come out in the summer, so do the big paydays — and we’re looking for motivated people to help us grow.
What You'll Do:
- Go door-to-door offering pest control services to residential customers
- Educate potential clients on the value and benefits of our services
- Close sales and help homeowners get signed up with a customized pest plan
- Represent the Blue Cactus brand with integrity and confidence
What We Offer:
- Uncapped commission: Top reps earn $10K–$20K+ per month during peak season
- $150 upfront bonus per new service after completion
- Weekly training and one-on-one mentorship
- Opportunities for rapid advancement
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication skills and confidence in face-to-face interaction
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Sales experience is a plus, but not required — we train the right people
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Available to work evenings and weekends during peak season
