Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Server to join our vibrant restaurant team. As a Server, you will be the friendly face that creates memorable dining experiences for our guests. Your role is vital in delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring food and beverage orders are accurately taken and efficiently delivered, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards
- Assist with bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and supporting kitchen staff when needed
- Ensure guest relations are positive by addressing questions, concerns, or special requests with professionalism
- Maintain cleanliness of service stations, dining areas, and ensure compliance with food safety regulations
Experience
- Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings
- Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable is highly desirable
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
- Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures
- Experience in upselling beverages and menu items to maximize sales potential
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as required
