Duties
- Engage with potential and existing clients through outside sales efforts, including telemarketing and community outreach, to identify their insurance needs.
- Conduct thorough analysis of client information to recommend appropriate insurance products and coverage options.
- Negotiate policy terms and premium rates to secure mutually beneficial agreements that meet client needs.
- Manage sales administration tasks such as processing applications, updating client records, and maintaining accurate documentation.
- Assist clients with benefits administration, policy changes, claims processing, and providing ongoing customer service support.
- Utilize marketing strategies to attract new clients and foster long-term relationships through effective communication channels.
- Maintain compliance with all regulations including HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) when handling sensitive information.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent negotiation skills coupled with effective communication abilities to clearly articulate product benefits.
- Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client populations.
- Strong analysis skills for assessing client needs and tailoring insurance solutions accordingly.
- Familiarity with sales administration processes and benefits management is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of insurance sales practices, marketing techniques, and regulatory compliance standards such as HIPAA is advantageous.

Pay: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
