BeeHive Homes of Broken Arrow is seeking a dependable, compassionate Cook to join our team in our family-style assisted living and memory care community. If you enjoy preparing home-cooked meals and making a positive difference in the lives of seniors, we'd love to meet you!
Schedule:
Friday: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Saturday: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Sunday: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve nutritious, home-style meals for residents.
Follow menus, recipes, and dietary guidelines.
Ensure food is prepared safely and served on time.
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen.
Wash dishes and clean kitchen equipment.
Receive and properly store food deliveries.
Monitor food inventory and communicate supply needs.
Work closely with staff to accommodate residents' dietary needs.
Follow all health department and food safety regulations.
Qualifications:
Previous cooking experience preferred.
Current CPR certification is required.
Food Handler Permit required (or ability to obtain before employment).
Reliable, dependable, and punctual.
Ability to work independently while maintaining a positive attitude.
Enjoy working with seniors and providing excellent customer service.
