Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and collaborative Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support students in the Palm Springs, CA area for the 2026–2027 school year. This full-time, school-based role focuses on helping students improve communication skills essential for academic achievement and social development.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide speech and language therapy services in accordance with IEP goals

Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
-
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal development
-
Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with state and federal guidelines
-
Support students with a variety of communication disorders, including articulation, language, fluency, and pragmatics
Qualifications:
-
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Active California SLP license (or ability to obtain prior to start date)

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred
-
School-based or pediatric experience preferred
-
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
