Currently, we are looking to add an additional shop assistant to our fast paced Hudson screen printing & embroidery shop while we are incredibly busy. We are seeking a motivated individual to assist with general daily production aspects.
Shop Assistant is a position that will further develop over time with our growing shop. This candidate will learn to manage production aspects including but not limited to; receiving and staging orders, boxing and shipping orders, screen reclaiming, color mixing, and more.
Ideal candidate must be willing to learn quickly, work with a team and on their own, arrive on time, and hold a high standard for detail and quality control. Prior knowledge of the printing and embroidery process would be a plus but not required for this position. MAYB | TMRW operates with extremely high standards all the while maintaining a neat, clean, organized, fun and collaborative environment. We are a rush order business and occasionally work late and step outside of our daily roles.
Skill Set & Requirements:
- Screen Printing & Embroidery shop experience a plus but not required
- Must have a creative mindset
- Must understand simple color theory for mixing ink
- Hold High Standards in their work
- Hold attention to detail
- Ability to take constructive input
- Ability to multitask and take on multiple tasks helping with heat pressing, embroidery, shipping/receiving, etc..
- Be on your feet long periods of time (we have anti-fatigue mats :)
- Be able to move around 30-40 lbs boxes
- Be able to communicate and work with a team
- Must maintain a clean working environment
- Have basic computer knowledge
- Basic math skills
Wage Starts at $17/hr ( based off experience)
*Pay is based on experience, development, and time with the company.
