Mid-Level Employment Litigation Associate
Location: Denver, CO | Las Vegas, NV (Hybrid)
Our client, a nationally recognized management-side labor & employment firm, is seeking a mid-level litigation associate (3+ years) to join its Denver office. This is a strong opportunity for an employment litigator looking to grow their practice under the mentorship of experienced partners in a collaborative and growth-focused environment.
What You’ll Work On:
Handling employment litigation matters from inception through resolution
Drafting and responding to pleadings
Managing written discovery and taking depositions
Preparing and arguing motions
Participating in mediations
Advising clients on day-to-day employment issues
Drafting and revising employee handbooks and conducting workplace trainings
What We’re Looking For:
3+ years of employment litigation experience
Demonstrated familiarity with federal and state employment laws
Strong writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment
Colorado Bar admission required
JD from an ABA-accredited law school
