Short Description:
- Perform comprehensive initial and ongoing physical therapy evaluations

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on physician referrals and patient goals

Provide hands-on orthopedic interventions, including:

Therapeutic exercise
-
Manual therapy techniques
-
Neuromuscular re-education
-
Gait and balance training
-
IASTYM / Kinesiotaping
-
Modalities as indicated

Educate patients and caregivers on diagnosis, prognosis, home exercise programs, and injury prevention

Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with clinic, payer, and regulatory guidelines

Communicate effectively with referring physicians and other healthcare providers

Ensure a high standard of patient satisfaction and quality of care

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized treatment environment

Participate in team meetings, continuing education, and clinic initiatives as required
Education Requirements:
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master’s degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
License/Certification Requirements:
- Current state Physical Therapy license (or eligibility for licensure)
