Job Overview
The Notorious Cigars LLC is seeking a motivated and energetic Sales Representative to join our growing team in Longwood, Florida. We are looking for someone with strong communication skills, a passion for cigars, and proven sales experience who can help expand our customer base through phone outreach, in-person sales, and relationship building.
This role involves working closely with multiple departments, including sales, marketing, customer service, and ownership, to support company growth and maintain strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will be comfortable communicating with customers, coordinating with internal teams, and contributing ideas that help improve sales performance and customer engagement.
The Sales Representative will play an important role in representing the company at promotions, trade shows, and cigar-related events while helping strengthen brand awareness and customer loyalty. This position is best suited for someone who enjoys building connections, staying organized, and being involved in different aspects of a growing business.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound cold calls to generate new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Perform in-person sales and client outreach
- Enter and maintain accurate customer information in CRM systems
- Follow up with leads and existing customers consistently
- Assist with promotional events, trade shows, and store activations
- Maintain organized sales records and activity reports
- Represent The Notorious Cigars LLC professionally and positively
- Collaborate with team members to meet company sales goals
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in:
- Phone cold calling
- In-person sales
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- General computer knowledge and comfort using CRM software
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel occasionally
- Passion for cigars and sales
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to manage time effectively
Compensation & Schedule
- Pay: $1,250 bi-weekly
- Full-time position
- 40-hour work week
- Occasional travel required for promotions, trade shows, and events
Pay: $2,500.00 per month
