What You’ll Do:
- Help new and current customers find the right auto insurance, including standard
and non-standard options
- Build customized plans that fit each client’s needs and budget
- Answer questions and resolve concerns with professionalism and care
- Meet performance and quality goals
- Connect with local businesses to grow relationships and bring in new customers

Qualifications:
- Must be Bilingual with excellent verbal & written communication skills in
both English & Spanish
- Limited Lines License: Not required but Preferred
- Previous experience, customer service, or other related fields
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Great time management and punctuality
- Reliable form of transportation
- Willing to travel at times to designated offices within the region.
