Notary / Auto Tag Agency Associate

We are seeking a reliable, professional, and customer-focused Pennsylvania Notary Public to join our auto tag and notary team.
Applicants MUST be a currently commissioned Pennsylvania Notary Public.
Previous auto tag or PennDOT experience is not required — we will train the right candidate on all auto tag, title, registration, and PennDOT procedures.
Responsibilities
- Perform notarial acts in accordance with Pennsylvania notary laws and requirements.
- Assist customers with vehicle title transfers, registrations, license plates, and related PennDOT transactions.
- Review titles, identification, applications, and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Explain required paperwork, fees, and transaction procedures to customers.
- Accurately enter customer and vehicle information into applicable systems.
- Collect and process customer payments.
- Maintain accurate transaction records and properly organize completed paperwork.
- Protect confidential customer and vehicle information.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service in person and by telephone.
- Answer customer questions regarding title, registration, plate, and notary services.
- Maintain an organized and professional work area.
- Follow all company procedures and applicable PennDOT and Pennsylvania notary requirements.
Requirements
- MUST be a currently commissioned Pennsylvania Notary Public.
- Auto tag/PennDOT experience is NOT required — training will be provided.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Excellent customer-service and communication skills.
- Comfortable working with computers and learning transaction-processing systems.
- Dependable, punctual, professional, and trustworthy.
- Ability to accurately handle payments and confidential customer information.
- Ability to work independently and follow established procedures.
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who is personable, dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working directly with the public.
We are willing to provide training on the auto tag side of the business, so previous title and registration experience is not necessary. We are more interested in finding a dependable Pennsylvania Notary who is willing to learn and provide excellent customer service.
