Position Information
Position: Korean-English Bilingual Production Control Specialist (Production Planning / Production Management)
Location: Dublin, GA
Salary: $55,000+ (commensurate with experience)
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute short- and mid-term production plans and optimize production schedules
- Analyze production performance data and prepare regular reports
- Manage material receiving schedules and collaborate closely with the purchasing team
- Work with production supervisors and operators to ensure stable and efficient operations
- Support team management, training, and performance evaluation
- Assist with inventory control and manage MES (Manufacturing Execution System) data
- Conduct productivity analysis and identify process improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to improve equipment uptime and production efficiency
- Proactively identify potential production issues and support risk prevention and problem resolution
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent relevant experience)
- Fluent in both Korean and English (written and spoken) is required
- 1–2+ years of experience in production planning or production management preferred
- Entry-level candidates and recent graduates are welcome to apply
- Experience in automotive manufacturing is a plus
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Strong communication, coordination, and teamwork skills
