Your role as a Paint Prepper
A paint prepper in aerospace thermoplastic composites plays a critical role in ensuring coating adhesion, surface integrity, and cosmetic quality on high‑performance composite aircraft parts. The job combines precision surface preparation, contamination control, masking, and support for composite repair workflows, all within a regulated environment.
This onsite position in Post Falls, ID offers competitive pay starting at $19.00 per hour for entry level experience. ATC Manufacturing values professionalism, quality, and innovation, making this role perfect for a Paint Prepper looking to make an impact in the aerospace industry.

This is a full-time position working Mon-Fri, working 6am to 2:30pm
