American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an Operating Room position requiring 3+ years of OR experience and IN or compact RN licensure.

Work in the Operating Room department of a hospital surgical unit
-
Facility has 10 ORs handling General, Orthopedic, Spine, Neuro, GYN, ENT, Robotics, Urology, Podiatry, Vascular, and Open Heart cases

Uses a variety of OR equipment

EPIC EMR system utilized
-
Schedule consists of 3x12-hour day shifts (7:00 AM - 7:30 PM), Monday through Friday with varying days off

Weekend coverage is on-call only

Weekday and weekend call requirements apply

No floating required

Active RN license (IN or compact) required

BLS and ACLS certifications required
-
Minimum 3 years of OR experience required

Robotics training preferred

Vascular and open heart experience preferred but not required

Deliver perioperative nursing care across a wide range of surgical specialties

Ideal candidate is positive, adaptable, self-starting, attentive, and able to anticipate team needs

Surgery scrubs are provided

Local candidates within a 50-mile radius are accepted at a reduced bill rate
