About the Role
This position is the first and last point of contact for our guests. You’ll greet clients, manage appointments, handle check-ins and check-outs, and help keep the spa running smoothly throughout the day. Some days are fast-paced and full; others are more low-key. Being able to stay steady and efficient in either environment is important. We are looking to hire part-time.

Shifts, please be open to work all shifts listed below:
- Wednesday 9am - 1pm
- Thursday 9:30am - 5:30pm
- Friday 9am - 1pm
- Saturday 8am - 1pm
Availability to cover other shifts during Spa hours is a plus!
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist every client in a timely, friendly manner
- Schedule appointments and manage client accounts
- Confirm bookings by phone or text
- Maintain client confidentiality
- Help keep treatment rooms, lobby, retail area, restroom, and relaxation spaces clean, stocked, and tidy
- Process payments and retail purchases
- Suggest products or services when clients ask for guidance
- Light laundry and cleaning tasks throughout the day
- Arrive on time and ready to work
- Provide consistent 5-star customer service
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Dependable, punctual, and comfortable working in a team
- Able to lift up to 30 lbs
- Calm and steady under pressure
- Friendly and professional communication
Preferred (but not required)
- Experience with scheduling or POS software (Boulevard)
- Spa, salon, or wellness reception experience
- Basic understanding of skincare or holistic wellness

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
