Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and customer service, with a natural ability to communicate effectively and drive revenue growth.
Duties
- Sell products or services to customers
- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions with accuracy
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and answering inquiries
- Utilize basic math skills for cash handling and transactions
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Upsell products to increase sales revenue
Skills
- Strong ability to sell and share our local makers stories with our customers
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in cash handling and working with a POS system
- Basic math skills for retail transactions
- Previous experience in a retail environment is a plus
- Upselling skills to increase sales opportunities
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
