Job Summary
We are seeking an Order Management Specialist to join our team, responsible for overseeing the end-to-end order fulfillment process. This role ensures accurate order processing, efficient, timely, and effective communication with our production team, and seamless communication with vendors and customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, exceptional ability to grasp new concepts, high level of awareness of detail and expectional time management and ability to properly prioritize work. Quickly grasping an understanding of our production operations to support our company's growth and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Manage the entire order lifecycle from receipt through delivery, ensuring timely processing, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with production, warehouse, logistics, and sales teams to optimize order fulfillment.
- Conduct root cause analysis on order discrepancies or delays and implement process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, vendor management standards, and logistics regulations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in production and or supply chain management. Experience with order fulfillment and logistics roles.
- Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to perform root cause analysis effectively.
- Experience with customer demand planning, production planning , shipping & receiving processes, and supply chain analytics.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments in a fast-paced environment. Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
