Job Summary
We are seeking 2 dedicated and passionate Teachers to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to fostering a positive learning environment and promoting the holistic development of students. This role involves creating engaging lesson plans, implementing curriculum, and supporting the diverse needs of children in the classroom.
Duties
- Develop and implement curriculum tailored to meet the educational needs of students.
- Create lesson plans that offer fun and creative activites
- Manage classroom behavior to offer a fun, engaging and safe environment
- Foster childhood development through age-appropriate activities and experiences.
- Conduct assessments and standardized testing to evaluate student progress.
- Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and other educators regarding student performance and well-being.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching strategies and share best practices in early childhood education.
Skills
- Strong background in curriculum development and lesson planning.
- Experience working with children in various settings such as daycare, private schools, or preschool environments.
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques and childhood development principles.
- Proficient communication skills for effective interaction with students, parents, and staff.
We are looking for 2 teachers who want to work in our 2 year old classroom.
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
