We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and coordinate window & door construction projects from inception to completion. In this role, you will oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring all aspects align with builders/ client specifications, safety standards, and budget constraints. Your leadership will drive project success through effective communication, strategic scheduling, and resource management.
Duties
- Use our company's plans to organize the scheduling a instalation of the project.
- Work with our installers, provide them with guidance when needed, and help them complete the jobs.
- Be a leader for the crews and a facilitator between management and employees.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, architects, and engineers to ensure project requirements are clearly understood and met.
- Oversee construction site activities, ensuring adherence to blueprints, schematics, contracts, and safety protocols.
- Monitor project progress through regular site visits, progress reports, and schedule updates; adjust plans proactively to meet deadlines.
- Facilitate effective communication across management and clients.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and maintain detailed documentation for project records.
- Proven experience in construction management with a strong background in project scheduling and site coordination.
- Solid understanding of blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, contracts management, and construction site safety procedures.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining excellent time management skills.
- Strong leadership qualities with excellent communication skills to foster collaboration among diverse teams.
