Midwest Industrial Lead, Project & Development Services
Job Description Summary
This role will lead the Industrial Services Practice Group for Project & Development Services (PDS). This position will partner with PDS Leadership to develop and implement the strategic direction of the Industrial Practice Group. They will act as the trusted business advisor for business development and operational plans for the Industrial Practice Group. Also, they will work as a liaison between other C&W Services Lines, 3rd party partners, and our clients to ensure the incorporation and communication of all aspects affecting the successful delivery of services.
Job Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborate with local market, regional and account resources to develop assignment solutions, pricing models, proposals and fees. Included in this support shall be identifying prospects and forecasting potential revenues with collaboration from the market, regional and account resources.
Develop and maintain the PDS library of documents for Industrial Practice Group including but not limited to specialty personnel bios, project/account case studies, practice specific white papers, and marketing collateral.
Chair monthly practice group meetings/conference calls with internal C&W personnel designated as part of the practice group. Meetings will include discussions on key pursuits, proposals, wins, project status, industry trends, significant industry information, etc.
BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or related field. Advanced degrees, General Contractors license, Project Management Institute PMP designation and LEED certified are desirable.
Demonstrated significant previous industry experience managing industrial projects varying in size and complexity including strategic planning, entitlements management, development, re-development, building renovations and interior improvements.

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
The compensation for the position is: $ 148,197.50 - $174,350.00
