Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and serve food and beverages with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Assist in food preparation and plating to ensure timely delivery of high-quality dishes
- Maintain cleanliness by washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment efficiently
- Support catering and banquet events by setting up stations and assisting with food service
- Buss tables promptly, clear used dishes, and ensure dining areas remain tidy and inviting
- Follow proper food handling procedures to uphold safety standards
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during busy service times
Qualifications
Applicant must have reliable transportation to work. We are looking for applicants with full or part time availability Monday through Saturday. We are closed on Sundays. Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments required.
- Knowledge of food preparation, serving techniques, and cleaning protocols
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience with catering or banquet service is a plus
- Strong communication skills and a friendly attitude toward guests and team members
- Willingness to learn new skills related to culinary tasks and customer service
- Basic understanding of food handling safety regulations and sanitation practices
