Interloc Solutions is growing and looking for a Senior Sales Hunter to drive net-new logo acquisition across asset-intensive industries. This role is built for a seller who thrives on opening doors, building pipeline, and winning complex enterprise deals.

What You’ll Do
Net-New Logo & Prospecting Leadership
- Own a defined territory with a focus on new logo acquisition
- Build and execute a strategic territory plan targeting priority industries and accounts
- Proactively prospect into enterprise organizations using outbound, referrals, and events
- Create and advance opportunities from first meeting through close
- Partner with marketing to convert campaigns into qualified pipeline
Enterprise Sales Execution
- Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from discovery to contract
- Sell consultative, outcome-based solutions, not transactional products
- Engage executive, operational, and IT stakeholders with credibility
- Experience completing and delivering ROI and BVA documents
- Navigate RFPs, procurement processes and legal review
Deal Strategy & Collaboration
- Shape deals in partnership with sales leadership, solution architects and engagement managers
- Lead proposal strategy, pricing, and negotiations
- Maintain strong pipeline hygiene, forecasting accuracy, and deal discipline
- Transition won business cleanly to delivery while maintaining executive relationships
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience
- Experience selling Maximo is preferred
- Demonstrated success as a hunter opening and closing net-new business
- Strong prospecting, territory planning, and pipeline-building skills
- Experience selling complex software or services solutions
- Familiarity with asset-intensive industries (utilities, transportation, public sector, manufacturing) is a strong plus
- Expect up to 50% travel
