Responsibilities

- Perform floor care duties including vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, and maintaining overall cleanliness of all surfaces
- Handle janitorial tasks such as waste removal, window cleaning, and dusting to uphold a welcoming environment
- Conduct routine inspections of guest rooms and public spaces to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols to ensure compliance with health regulations
- Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as needed to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness
Skills
- Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services within a hospitality or industrial setting
- Strong knowledge of floor care techniques including carpet cleaning, polishing, and buffing
- Familiarity with hotel operations and hospitality standards for guest service excellence
- Ability to efficiently manage time and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness and safety
