We are a Woman owned Minority Business and are seeking a Construction-Demolition Safety Professional with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the construction field to support our Midwest market operations. We are looking for someone who is close to the Indiana market who can travel when needed. You must be a team player and have a positive attitude.
Job Duties:
· Able to write safety plan for projects
· Coach employees on working safely and within the rules
· Review and create job hazard analysis
· Create and deliver toolbox talks with crew
· Completing accident investigation reports
· Attend job site safety meetings as needed
· Complete job site safety inspections and communicate the findings.
· Able to work and be productive without supervision
· Time management a must
· Being on time a must
· Must be able to work outdoors in all conditions
· Pass an MVR request to drive company vehicle
· Willing to travel to jobs. Locations are Southern US and Southwest at this time but project locations are subject to change.
· Experience with Procore is a plus
Required:
· Ten years of construction safety experience
· Minimum of OSHA 510 or CHST/CSP preferred
· Must be able to pass a drug test and keep your drug card active.
Job Type: Full-time
Hourly: $34-$37/hour
