Northern Paving Inc is looking to add drivers to our team for the 2026 season. Drivers will deliver materials to Residential, Commercial, Highway and Street projects. Home every night! Opportunity to work on prevailing wage projects as well.
Job Description:
*Transport sand, gravel, rock, bituminous hot mix and equipment to job sites.
*Maintains driver log according to ICC regulations as required.
*Complete load tickets.
*Report information accurately & completely on a daily time sheet.
*Be able to follow safety practices and company policies.
*Must be able to pass a FMCSA Department of Transportation drug/alcohol screening and physical. *Must have a valid Class A CDL with a valid Medical Card as per DOT standard.
*Knowledge of operating dump trucks and other related equipment.
*Must be able to take orders, instructions, and guidance from supervisors.
*Drivers must have and maintain a satisfactory driving record in accordance with Federal and State Motor Carrier regulations and company policy.
*Expected hours: Hours will vary by job, location and season.
Required Skills: Must have a valid Class A CDL with a valid medical card and a clean driving record.
Preferred Skills: Experience hauling asphalt, sand, gravel and equipment.
*Hourly wage based on experience.
