This role requires providing job training, job coaching, developing and implementing accommodations, and providing support to the employee as well as the employer to ensure that work tasks are accurately, effectively, and independently performed. This position is responsible for building a strong rapport and communication with the employee and the employer, which is vital to ensuring ongoing success and a mutually beneficial relationship at the work site.
